Givingtuesday

Join millions of others by contributing a donation this Tuesday, December 2nd.

What is givingtuesday?

GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: A day that encourages people to do good. Over 13 years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires millions of people to donate, volunteer, and spread awareness.

GivingTuesday is an opportunity for you to give back to your community by making a donation of any amount to expand research, support patients, and build connections through the Autoimmune Registry.

Why give?

  • Contribute to our efforts to build a registry for all autoimmune diseases.

  • Help fund our research into the prevalence of all autoimmune diseases in the US.

  • Support our advocacy work to raise awareness on autoimmune diseases as a class of disease.

  • Donate with your time by volunteering.

  • Contribute directly to our Research Fund, which will offer grants for investigator-led research.

  • Support our staff who help maintain information and resources for over 100 autoimmune diseases.

Giving FAQs

  • Yes. For donations over $100, you can contact us about sending a check to avoid the 3% processing fees charged by Paypal and the credit cards.

  • To contribute directly toward our Research Fund, please contact us.

  • There are many ways to volunteer to help us. Please contact us and tell us what your educational background is (high school, college, grad school, PhDs, EVERYONE can help!) and if it’s appropriate, tell us how autoimmune disease has affected you or a loved one.

We will get back to you within a day or 2.
