Celebrating March Autoimmune Disease Awareness Month!

March is Autoimmune Disease Awareness Month—a time dedicated to shedding light on the millions of individuals navigating the daily, often invisible, challenges of living with an autoimmune condition. It is a month to honor the resilience, courage, and unwavering spirit of those who manage their health while balancing the demands of work, family, and life.

In the spirit of fostering community and amplifying voices, we are sharing stories and quotes from patients for our "Voices of Autoimmune Diseases" campaign. For every day of March, we will be featuring a video or a quote from a member of our community who is navigating life with an autoimmune disease on our social media channels. Follow along so you don't miss out.

These stories are a testament to the diverse experiences within our community, offering insights into the realities of living with these conditions while celebrating the milestones and victories—big and small—that happen along the way.

We believe that sharing these stories is one of the most effective ways to break down the walls of isolation and spark meaningful conversation. Whether it is a story of a difficult day or a moment of triumph, every voice brings us closer to a more informed and supportive world. We want to hear from you, too. We invite you to join the conversation and share your own journey. If you feel comfortable, please send us a quote, make a short video, or a reflection about your experience that we can feature in our daily spotlight.

Your story has the power to inspire someone who may be feeling unheard today, and together, we can turn personal experiences into a collective source of strength and understanding.

We will also be hosting our monthly Patient Advocacy Group webinar with the Patient Health Alliance (PHA) this month. We have invited Cori Woolf, Director of Patient Advocacy at PHA, to discuss her work and how she built meaningful and sustainable advocacy programs to support the mental health and emotional wellbeing of her community.

Join us on Thursday, March 26th, 2026, from 12-1pm EST via Zoom! Learn more about the webinar here:  https://www.autoimmuneregistry.org/events/autoimmune-network-monthly-webinar-march-2026

To support the Autoimmune Registry, please share our information with others who have autoimmune diseases. Donations are also greatly appreciated!
